I have been married for over 35 years and am a mother of five daughters and Nana to six grandbabies. After seven years in the U.S. Navy and many years working in the corporate world, I found my calling. For the past 28 years I have dedicated myself full time to early childhood education through providing the best home-based childcare possible. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree as well as an Associates of Applied Science degree in Early Childhood Education. Since opening Dash Point Highlands Child Care and Learning Center in 1997, I have been blessed to have the opportunity to be a significant part of the lives of many children. My primary focus is on birth to pre-school age development;  fostering children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. These experiences over the years have afforded me the opportunity to become an integral part of our child care families' overall growth by helping to ensure children learn the foundational elements of preparatory educational development.
